then wax-sealed by hand

as well as establishing a nursery to propagate heritage agave varietals and maintain biodiversity

For this release they cook the Agaves inside Earthen Pitis and Crush it with a Stone Tahona Wheel which creates a Vegetal forward Mezcal packed full of Mint and Herb notes throughout before undertones of Pepper come through on the finish

Dubonnet Red Vermouth 75cl broffer Vanilla and Salted CaramelThis Vermouth was first made by Joseph Dubonnet which was produce to try and combat Malaria for the French Army and many consider this the chosen drink by Queen Elizabeth II. To product this it is made by taking Fortified Wine and infusing with various Herbs, Spices and Quinine. The resulting flavour is a Spicy and Sweet Aperitif which has note of Dark Red Grapes and hints of Quinine running throughout.
