The soft, silk flavors have a nice minerality with notes of Honeycrisp apple and caramel that linger on the round finish. A blend of the three major growing regions of New York, this chardonnay has fragrant aromas of citrus that highlight the rich flavors of apricot and vanilla. Partial barrel fermentation allows for a lingering and smooth finish.
