A little sweet, but amazingly well balanced and a great feel that makes you want another sip. With food or without, just shut up and take my money. For all my Gen Xers this varietal is like Smells Like Teen Spirit or Nuthin But A G Thang and less like Short, Short Man or MMMBOP. in short its great and something that I hope is around for a very long time.
