Human E-Selectin (SELE) ELISA Kit Packaging:96 wells The micro ELISA plate providedThis ELISA kit is designed to detect Human E Selectin (Human SELE). The assay plate has been pre coated with mouse anti Human E Selectin monoclonal antibody. When the sample containing E Selectin is added to the plate, it binds to the antibodies coated on the wells. Then, a horseradish peroxidase conjugated mouse anti Human E Selectin Antibody is added to the wells and binds to E Selectin in the sample. After washing the wells, substrate solutions are
