Honest on the nose, with the intensity and finesse resulting from its prolonged ageing under a velum of flor yeast, with saline and iodine nuances. Extraordinarily dry on the palate but with a smooth and harmonious after taste, boasting subtle and saline nuances with a very persistent flavour. Pairs well with Langoustines, ham, Acidic or vinegary dishes.
