Xoriguer Mahón Gin 70cl garnish with thinly sliced appleXoriguer pronounced sho ri gair is distilled in copper stills, called primitives, formed by cylindrical copper cauldrons where the liquid to distillate is place together with juniper berries and are placed directly over fire. This has a slightly spicy palate and has a soft, lightly herbal mouth that transforms into a long presence of juniper.
