C EST LA VIE P NOIR/SYRAH Size:750 ml due to the long ageingTart and funky nose of cherry and raspberry. Was intrigued by the blend of grapes so picked this guy up. Gorgeous deep garnet in colour. Medium minus body, medium tannins, medium acid, dry, medium alcohol. Flavour palate is distinctive of each grape the green bell pepper of the Syrah and then the light summer berries (raspberry, sour cherry and strawberry) of the pinot. Strong taste of wet slate and slight earthy tones. Leaves a dry creamy after taste.
