I awakened to a heavy fog outside and was up and out the door before 5:00 am to photograph the wildflowers

FLYING OVER THE PARK MAY this scene at the lakeUpwards of 1500 canada geese can be seen on their migration north at Wildflower Lake and along the South Fork Kishwaukee River as this individual flies overhead continuing on to its breeding grounds. (534 34)
