It is designed to be used with an integrated tail light or plate mounted turn signals, as it does NOT have mounting points for turn signals. It attaches to the holes of the stock fender support, so you don't need to drill any new holes, but you DO need to cut the stock fender off (one cut) An LED is included to illuminate your #
