Once cast, the hitch cover is machined to an exacting tolerance, powder coated and then hand finished. Additionally, each hitch cover comes with one 1 2" foam gasket to insure a rattle free installation. Because of our proprietary manufacturing process, we are the only manufacturer of hitch covers, license plate frames and license plates to offer a 100% lifetime
