The mouthfeel exhibits a rich creamy sur lie character from barrel age complemented by a wonderful minerality on the finish. Serve slightly chilled, this Chardonnay makes an excellent match to a number of dishes including: chicken with Dijon mustard sauce, grilled salmon with avocado Salad, or pumpkin risotto. Named for the early Russian fur trappers
