The Brunello di Montalcino Giuseppe Tassi is a grounded wine that sits squarely on the palate with dark plum, blackberry, potting soil and cured tobacco. It is fermented in cement, unlike the other wines. The wine shows a more austere personality compared to the other new releases from the Tassi family. Pair it with tagliata di manzo with black truffle shaved over.
