I am secretly quite proud of the delicious kombucha my SCOBYs make - even though that’s down to the particular composition of microbes they contain

providing  a subtle carbonated base perfect for drinking as is or allowing you to add your own flavours

I’ll guarantee that they’ll work for a full fortnight after the delivery date as long as you’ve refrigerated them

They are posted with some extra kefir in the bag (not shown) to protect them on their journey

Occasionally, youll receive a more raggedy piece, which will be a part of the mothership the SCOBY that generates all of the others; it mightnt be as beautiful but will be every bit as functional.
