The flaky pastry shell carries a layer of our house made fruit compote (currently strawberry) and is topped with a creamy buttery & just sweet enough Almond cream. We strew some flaked almonds on top for extra texture. Inspired by a bakewell tart, this is equally delightful at the breakfast table
