Champalou Vouvray La Cuvee des Fondraux 2020 Bottle:1 a little bark and crushedThis is a powerhouse vouvray, off dry style from the 2017 vintage. Very fragrant nose of ripe pear, fall fruits, nectarine, citrus blossom with a smoked minerality. Full, well developed, rounded palate, intense with pear, apple fruits and a lively core to keep it elevated on the palate. Great with fresh sushi, charcuterie platter, or baked fish.
