Patient Cottat Sauvignon Blanc le Grand Caillou 2018 Color:White wonderful mouthfeel and a longLight lemon yellow Soft, subtle aromas of lime and cantaloupe with a whiff of minerality. Greengage plum, kiwi, and citrus flavors with vibrant acidity and interesting minerality. Sharp and clean, with notes of lime, green apple and white peach on the nose. With a swirl a hint of basil emerges, along with lemongrass. The palate is smooth and almost creamy with an excellent balance of aromas carried over from the nose. The acidity is damn near perfect
