The nose offers outstanding notes of ripe tropical fruits, golden berries, bananas, peaches, apricots and grapefruit, along with the asparagus notes that are characteristic of Chardonnay from Casablanca. Elegant notes of toast and vanilla, butter and toffee are introduced by the oak ageing. The palate is fresh with pleasing acidity, medium body and a wonderful persistence.
