Domaine de l'Enclos Chablis 1er Cru "Fourchaume" 2019 6x750m 2019 Case Size:6 pear and citrus on theEstate holdings, some three acres facing west, are divided into three neighboring parcels in premier cru Fourchaume and sit along its highest point ridge, in the direction of La Chapelle Vaulpelteigne. Vines planted in the 1960s, 1980s and 1990s. Hand harvested. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in older French oak barrels. Aged on fine lees in barrel for 12 months; then six months in tank. Lightly filtered, with only moderate sulfur added.
