The silvery checkerspot butterfly caterpillar feeds on the Yellow coneflower as do some moth species

I thought that this was a beautiful scene ahead of me and with the sunlight now touching the bridge that crosses over Eakin Creek West

Many species of wildflowers were in prime conditions to photograph including these yellow coneflowers that were near the blazing star flowers

I quickly composed the wildflowers of eastern daisy fleabane

I came upon this mulberry tree with the sunlight coming through the openings that gave a good opportunity to photograph the multiple sunbursts at Wildflower Park. (506 117)
