Tepeztate, Puntas, Macurichos Bottle:12 Best to give this aSichuan peppercorn, Granny Smith apples, and fresh dryer sheets lift off into a palate of bright yellow bell peppers followed by a brilliant tropical and floral spectrum which flashes past before a delicate finish recalls the peppercorns amid an ocean spray. Aromas on the nose: green, vegetal, and earthy. On the palate: minerality, lemon peel, lingering heat, and herbs. It is not sweet, more savory and slightly astringent. Really nice.
