Medium plus acidity, brioche and apple body. Clean crisp finish. A delicate and crisp Cremant with light flavours of lemon, pear, and green apple with some brioche and yeasty notes. Pale golden straw in the glass. Light lemon on the nose. It was a little overwhelmed with our lunch of spicy appetizers. Well have to try again on its own.
