You can usually get some pretty dramatic looking cloud patterns from the thunderstorms and that was my hope this morning

As the sunrises

with the lake absorbing those vibrant colors from above along with a breeze that gently moves across the surface of the lake leaving ripples of beauty in its wake at Wildflower Park

The fog was going to be around for a few more hours so photographing any kind of sunrise was out of the question

I used about half the height of the paper birch tree using the foliage as a canopy that covers almost the entire top half of the image

I thought it would be another beautiful and colorful sunrise so, I left the house wanting to photograph the beautiful wildflowers of the Park with a colorful sunrise. I knew where in the park that had an abundance of wildflowers, which was the west side and a beautiful sunrise to photograph. I reached the trailhead soon after
