we came across this precious image of grandma and grandchild coming home from town

On a walk not far from our villa

Inspiration was everywhere but the colors of the water brought me to paint this tranquil scene

It was like was all so interesting and chalked up in our estimation to be a very special place

I remember the warmth from the forest on this day, looking out from my campsite at the quiet. It was mid afternoon and I was alone, campers were out and about. The light was bright and frisky, softly playing with the trees, their leaves and their branches and the grasses at their feet.
