STI Hardened Rear Diff Front Member Bushing 13270AA062 Legacy GT/Outback XT EJ255 MY05-12RIGID DIFF MOUNTING STI Group N rear diff front support member bushings use a firmer durometer rubber compound in order to better control rear differential movement and torque reactions. These bushings are installed into the T shaped crossmember that supports the front of the rear diff and are critical for controlling torque reactions. Like most uprated mounts and bushings you should expect an increase in NVH making the car less comfortable to drive.
