So Ive mixed a 6 pack with the following wines: Domaine Nicolas Hautes Ctes de Beaune Rouge En Chteau 2024 picked from 60 year old vines from a small vineyard called En Chteau. The wine is then aged for 12 months in a combination of French and American oak for extra texture and richness sacrilege for this part of France, but it works!
