Artas Army Style Flashlight sewing It is in OK conditionPeriod Artas brand flashlight made very much in the "standard" WWII army design. It appears to be in working order, but the body of the flashlight is a little rough, not as rusty as most, but maybe could use a restoration. It looks like it might have been brush painted black and I think the lower quality of the brushed finish is what's effecting my opinion here more so than the actual condition.
