Each blade gets a brass rod inserted into it for structural support and I designed the parts with dovetail joints for even more strength

and it is designed to be two parts that get attached together with adjustable straps for easier removal (it gets hot in there)

Buckle or clasp for the end of the straps

The parts are rather large and the support material should be minimal
