Beef - Steak - Hanger Size (lbs):2.21-2.50 Pasture-raised chicken backsAs part of our Partner Network, we proudly offer grass fed beef from our friend Ben Notterman at Snug Valley Farm in Hardwick, Vermont, and Justin and Rachel at Almanack Farm in Chelsea, Vermont. They practice rotational grazing, where animals are moved frequently to new forage. Good pasture management results in healthy animals, healthy land, and flavorful, high quality meat. And because they regularly handle their cattle, the herd is docile and
