The NRA was established in 1933 and was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in 1935. The necktie is a red and gold color. There is an area of darkening staining, but it is not too detracting and the tie is wearable as is. It is a bit wrinkly. The back of the tie has sticker residue. The tie measures about 45" long and 3 3 4" at the widest.
