There are several repairs patches, stains, holes, a missing grommet, and pulls in the material. The leather is cracking. It appears that someone washed it with something red which has turned the normally white stitching pink. There is a marking on the flap, but it is hard to read. Laid flat it measures about 35" by 26 1 2"
