Art Deco Brosche Emaille Windhund Modeschmuck Armbänder The bowl is signed onPretty, large brooch made of enamelled metal from the 1920s 30s. The motif is a wind chime, looking to the side, with a sparkling collar and eye. Extremely good workmanship and a great motif very typical of the period, including the rhinestones. Found at an antique market in Belgium.
