The process wasnt easy. There was cheese tossed, condiments slathered on meats and cheeses, cured sausages tested, and even cheese serving equipment tried out. What they came up with is what this selection is all about! It's all packed in a 13" round wood cheese box handcrafted in Wisconsin with our logo branded on the cover. So when the cheese runs out, the box stays.
