Distilled in 1982, matured for four decades in a refill bourbon hogshead and bottled in 2023. Only 174 bottles were produced. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 50. 4%. Nose: Oxidised and fusty apple, orchard floor, bruised fruit, Calvados, homemade apple crumble, Chantilly cream, lilac, eau de vie, winegums,
