The Legendary Dark Silkie Cabernet Franc 050 bottles and 800 magnumsInspired by the tales of the mythical Silkie seals that came ashore as beautiful sea maidens and charmed local men, this Irish blended whiskey is from Sliabh Liag Distillers in Donegal builders and owners of the new Ardara Irish distillery. Dark Silkie has at its core triple distilled, peated single malt (peated to 55ppm which after distillation becomes 22ppm) matured in sherry casks before being blended with a double distilled, single malt matured in
