It is missing the two top pieces of the bracket and the mounting bolts but these are relatively simple pieces to recreate for flat stock

They may be wrinkled or have pinprick holes or pulls in the material (They really shouldn't have any tiny holes or pulls

It measures about 3 5 8" across. This was part of a larger panel of eagles which was discovered being used as padding for some bed springs.
