MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 35" Waist 25 1 2" Hips 34" Length 45" Nice darker red color. White collar at the neck. Cute pleat design on the front of the skirt. The material is slightly see through. Tagged Lot Size 11. There are belt loops, but no belt. The snaps sewn in at the neck are loose and need restitched. The white collar has some wear and staining. A few button holes have loose stitching and
