'Edelzwicker' is a centuries old Alsatian wine term taken from the German words 'Edel' (noble) and 'Zwicker' (blend). The result a lush, succulent wine with flavours of golden peach, cinnamon and juicy green pear with a sweet, tangy mandarin zest finish.
