It is in fairly good condition with fairly minor wear and age

but whatever was hanging there (probably a little iron cross) is missing

Ladies Watch in Box carcano It is an original folderVintage women's wrist watch in working order. It runs nice; it is maybe a tad bit slow, but could be adjusted. I believe it is gold plated, but there is some wear in the high spots through the finish to the base material. The band is spring loaded and in working order. Inside the back cover it is engraved K. Grnitz Klaffenbach. It is a jeweled movement and quite clean. It is complete with its original box. A very nice fine watch. I did not see a maker
