Azra underlay Finely woven with a highA vibrant 1940s Karabakh long rug from south west Caucasus. Glorious pinks, coral and plum and a profusion of motifs. Date 1949(?) in outer guard top left and inscription date in ivory border top right. Exuberant fringes at one end. Overall even wear with corrosion to dark brown.
