Aviation Gin 10yo balanced by ripe orchard fruitsFounded in Portland, Oregon in 2006, Aviation Gin takes its name from the pre prohibition Aviation cocktail. Referred to as an "American dry gin", meaning the taste profile is less strongly juniper flavoured than some other gins, Aviation uses seven botanical ingredients in its production and is pot stilled twice. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Juniper and pine backed up with sweet orange, lush lavender and earthy cardamom. Palate: Soft and
