Kaiser Franz Joseph An Meine Völker 1915 Necklace WWII I can not recall ifOriginal WWI necklace with a booklet locket that contains an address "An Meine Vlker!" from Kaiser Franz Joseph of Austria Hungary to the people. The back says "Das Manifest Des Kaisers 23 Mai, 1915". OK condition with some wear, rust and a little color bleed.
