Lopez de Heredia Vina Tondonia Reserva, Rioja 2009 Magnum 150cl Agrapart or cured meatsA historic Rioja winery dating back to the late 1800's, it is one of the few from this time to remain a family run Bodega. Their style is very much 'classical' Rioja and based upon lengthy oxidative ageing of wines in barrel, before further ageing in bottle. Some 12,000 barrels are stored underground in the winery complex. The vineyard of Via Tondonia established in 1914 is comprised of over 100 hectares, situated on the right bank of the river Ebro.
