It is basically in new condition but there is a bit of rust on the metal lock and key of the folder pocket

It measures about 2" long

refill and reuse

The handle is very loose on the head and would need some attention or replaced

The one shoulder strap has worn through the leather holding it to the top of the bag about 70% of the way. You could clean it up and fix it to use or you could tear it apart for material.
