It might actually be unissued but there is enough minor staining and wear that its better to just say its used but nice. Has some small rust stains on the bottom and on the tie off string. There is rust on the hooks. The leather is in reasonably good condition with some wear; it also looks like someone once had a sticker on the black leather, probably a price tag and it clearly took some of the black
