Kilchoman Am Bùrach 16yo a first for the OctomoreAm Brach, gaelic for the mess, was accidentally created in 2014 when an unnamed stillman, mixed Machir Bay and port cask matured Kilchoman, causing the distillery's general manager to describe the resulting whisky as Am Brach.
