This would be used for picnics or "kaffee und kuchen" to sweep crumbs of the table and keep it clean. The top is marked Gruss aus Kurort Oberwiesenthal. A souvenir from a mountain ski hiking resort town in Saxony (the highest elevation resort town in Germany). Some crackling on the finish on the brush, but overall good condition.
