It is marked size 22, but it seems to have shrunk with age and it fits more like a 21. Overall fairly good condition. W. A. V. E. S. labels. The white cover has some staining (I have not tried to clean it). The tally is a little wrinkled and has some tiny pinprick holes and some odd stitching in places.
