There is a tear on the back cover. Some general age related staining and wear around the edges. Some nice drawings of dresses, children's clothing, recipes, etc. This issue mentions the word "sparen" (save, conserve) quite a bit. These types of magazines provide a very interesting look at day to day life in the Reich.
