Sanniesrust Cinsault Rosé 2025 Strathmill and lightly roasted nuts addDESCRIPTION Made from 100% Cinsaut sourced from young vineyards in the Simonsberg ward of Stellenbosch, rooted in well drained sandstone derived slopes typical of the region. Grapes were harvested by hand before undergoing 24 hours of skin contact, after which the juice was drained to stainless steel tanks for spontaneous natural fermentation. The wine matured for six weeks on thick lees, then received a light bentonite fining and was bottled
