"Bloom" 24x24" Painting cucumber emphasizing the warm burgundy tonesThis is an original 24x24 acrylic and oil painting on a gallery thick, 1. 5 birch wood panel. The painting was begun in 2023 with an acrylic underpainting and then finished in 2024 with an oil top coat. An increasingly signature look of my work is how the painting wraps around the edges of the panel by a 1 2, the remaining depth was left the blonde birch wood.
